This is another one of my middle-of-the-night-recipe -ideas. Aren’t you glad I’m nocturnal sometimes? The best ideas come to me when I am without a pen. Usually while I am either in the shower and also at 2:24am. One day I am going to invent a waterproof pen that lights up when you write with it. Hey…don’t steal that idea. It’s mine, man.
I write with my left hand.
I right with my left hand.
LOL…I’m just messing with you…
Back to it:
It’s strawberry season. Woo-hoo to that because I love me some strawberries! Hey…..did you know strawberries can whiten your teeth? I read that somewhere. I’m not sure if it’s true, so don’t quote me…I do know they can stain. Yep, you can quote me on that one. Strawberries stain.
bread+strawberries+cream cheese+sugar = bliss
The above mentioned+ 20 minutes at 375=……

slather on some frosting… and you’ve got a delightful springtime breakfast treat. (That’s my cooking show lady voice)
Sometimes, you gotta use little voices in your head for my “words”.
Example:
Woo-hoo!
Yay!
Yippee!
Ooops.
Oh yeah.
Gasp!
Huh?
Ewwww!

I need to bring out the professional sounding cooking lady voice:
“In a delicate caper and white wine sauce”
“Perfect for a ladies luncheon”
“A perfect accompiment to a hearty roast”
“Rich, creamy filling “
I’m totally channeling my inner Ina. 🙂
