this is another favorite of the hubster…
it starts with onion, garlic, salt, pepper and carrots
saute with bay leaf, cumin, oregano, cilantro and…..
add ground beef,peas, 2pkts sazon seasoning, 1can chopped tomatoes and a generous amount of sliced olives
I served mine over black beans and rice with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream. yum!
