Now, nothing is exact measurements here, so bear with me! In a bowl, put ground beef, one egg, 2 cloves garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, a wooden spoon of mayo, cupful of breadcrumbs….
shape into balls a little bigger than golfballs, and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley
Now, cover 1/3 of the way with a mixture of beef broth and dried chopped onion, cover tighty with foil and bake at 350 for 45min. nice and round, and super tender.
