Guys, I habe a confession. This came from a box. Sorta. I had a box of chocolate chip cookie mix, Ghirardelli to be precise. But, this isn’t a sponsored post. They don’t even know I exist. Maybe they will now and send me some more goodies to bake with… (hint, hint Ghirardelli)

SO: I made the cookie mix, pressed it into a tart pan, lined it with parchment paper, lined it with pie weights and filled it with a chocolate mousse  

I made a tikstagram video for it, too, those are always fun. Why haven’t I made more of those? I dunno. But it’s fun so trust me, there will be more. But I can’t share them here unless I upgrade something which sucks because it costs money, and it’s not like I’m running ads. Speaking of: Isn’t it nice to not have a bunch of ads popping up on here when you come visit me? I loathe getting hit in the eyes with ads when I’m trying to find a dang recipe. Just sayin’
