
I started with a strong brew Stash chai tea , added a few tablespoons of Chia seeds. Next, allow them to set about 10 minutes and then give it a good stir swirl and some vanilla yogurt and honey and it’s ready to eat in 10 minutes! Or, it will wait patiently for you in the fridge overnight and breakfast is ready when you are.

Chai chia breakfast pudding
Servings 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strong brewed Stash chai tea
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
- Brew tea and allow to cool to room temp.Stir in the chia seeds and wait 10-15 minutes. Stir (mixture will begin to thickenStir in yogurt and honeyAllow to set 5-10 minutes or overnight. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
