cold sesame noodles

another easy one for hectic days…mix 2tbs smooth peanut butter, 1/4 c soy sauce, 2tbs toasted sesame oil, squirt of honey and a dash of ginger….microwave for 30-40 sec, whisk and pour over noodles… you can also add crushed red pepper flakes for kicks! Enjoy!
