chicken main dish

one dish, one hour chicken

This one dish, one hour easy chicken recipe is soooo amazing…. I REALLY wish I took more photos of this. It was so good and so easy, I did, however, make a reel so I’m sure you can find that out there on Facetokagram.

Anyway, without further ado…

wait. Here’s ado. Because there is some further ado I need to share. Because I’ve been posting here DAILY since the inception of the year. And, I am trying to be consistent with my whole one happy moment. One happy…. for today… hmmm. I started typing before I actually thought of it. There’s lots of happy parts of the day, but that one happy good thing for someone.. crap. I can’t think of it.  I’ll pull a double tomorrow.
