almond butter eggs
Ingredients
- 4 TBS softened butter
- 1 cup almond butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 6 ounces chocolate to dip
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients to form a dough
- Shape into egg shapes
- Melt chocolate in a bowl in the microwave at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth
- Dip eggs into chocolate, chill to set
