I made a podcast.. err I’m making one. A few episodes are live, and there are more to come. I recently decided that the best (and probably most entertaining ) podcast will be live recording while I’m preparing a recipe. Unfiltered and unscripted. And unhinged. Speaking of…..

I wrote a book- well, I’ve been in the process of writing several books, (yes, one is a cookbook) But the one that became published first is a journal, but not the typical blank page choose your own wording. This is a guided journal, but also not a typical “write what you’re grateful for” type of guided journal. Nope. This one digs deeper, this one is more like a best friend or a therapist that gently guides you back to what matters- YOU.
