buffalo chicken sandwiches with celery slaw

I have to give my hubby credit for the meat part, and I thought up the slaw. I love it when he has good ideas for dinner, because believe it or not- I get stumped sometimes. When I get stumped, it’s taco night.

Speaking of being stumped- I can’t decide what to paint my kitchen. The only color I have decided on is primer so far.

Which, reminds me of a white chalkboard.

I am not even sure if you need a recipes for these, or just an explanation. What do you think?

It’s idiot proof.

You take two chicken breasts.

Soak em in buffalo sauce for an hour…or eight.

Dip em in flour, back into the wing sauce, and then bread crumbs. They will look like this:

Now, cook them over med-high heat in a small amount of oil for about 4 minutes each side.

Ta-da!

Place it on a bun, and top with celery slaw.

Celery slaw?

Super easy.

Thinly slice two stalks of celery, add to it 1/2 c finely shredded cabbage or lettuce. Mix with 3-4 tbs blue cheese dressing and 1 tbs crumbled blue cheese.
