Mmm, chocolate and pretzels.
You know what I mean…
these are perfect when you want that salty sugar mix, with a healthy dose of chocolate.
And, yes I made these before my beloved oven broke….hours before, to be exact.
Oooo, I also made “Bavarian Pizzas”-in case I advanced. I didn’t, but that doesn’t mean you guys should miss out on a tasty treat. Right? Right!
As for getting booted from Project Food Blog- well, that sucked because I was having fun. But… I also realized that I didn’t have the same freedom as I had before. It’s nice to make whatever I want and post whatever I want-and not worry about being judged or racking votes. I also tapped into some creative cooking channels in me, so I have a massive list of things for y’all. 🙂 Aren’t you excited?
Bavarian Pizzas. No, not barbarian. Bavarian, silly.
You will like them.
I got inspired from the local German fest…
I get great ideas over booze.
And coffee.
So… I will share those tomorrow.
Today it’s cookie day.
mmm, butter and pretzels. Add an egg and flour and sugar, and you’ve got yourself a tasty cookie crust.
You will have some nice crunchy pretzel bits in there, too.
spread them with some chocolate ganache
….you can figure out the rest…. 😉
