toll house cookie dough pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust for 9″ pie
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Beat eggs, sugars, butter and vanilla
  • Add the flour, salt and stir well.
  • Stir in the chips and nuts
  • Pour into pie crust and bake 50-55 minutes
  • Allow to cool 20-25 minutes before slicing
  • Serve warm or room temperature
