Tropical Shrimp and avocado salad
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Stash Lemon Ginger tea, brewed use two teabags, steep 5 minutes or more
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chopped shrimp, chilled
- 2 whole Hass avocados, split in half chopped into 1/2″ pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Fold in the shrimp and gently fold in the copped avocado. Serve well chilled in avocado shells, or over lettuce leaves.
