chocolate dipped almond butter balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
- 3/4 cup Allulose sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 TBS melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- For the coating
- dark chocolate chopped fine and melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients
- Shape into balls and refrigerate 20 minutes
- Dip into melted chocolate and allow to set.
