It’s summer and the last thing you want to do is turn on the oven, right?

I got you covered.

Even baking the crust is optional here, folks.

You could *almost* make this pie with no electrcity at all… except you need to use milk, which needs to be cold, and then you need to freeze it… so I supose you do need some sort of power .

Oh well.

This pie sports a cocont-garham crust, and a double layer filling. One is tart key lime pie, and the second is creamy coconut cream pie. Topped with crunchy toasted coconut… it’s summertime in pie form.

_DSC6754It’s served icy cold, and the sweet tart creamy filling will have you craving it for breakfast. Go ahead, I’m not judging. And, hey- coconut is good for you, right? 😉
