seasoned bean sprouts

Have I told you how good sprouts are for you? Well, they are. Chock full of enzymes. Yes,yes, enzymes help digest food, but did you know that we also  no need enzymes to eat bad junk in our bodies? Yep, there’s enzymes that chomp up sick cells, dangerous cells and viruses and bacteria. So start chomping away !

For this, I used 1/2 lb of mung bean sprouts

toss with:

1 tbs sesame oil

1 tbs soy sauce

1 tbs mirin

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tbs chopped green onion

optional- sesame seeds/ dried seaweed I know a lot of people don’t have seaweed in their pantry, but…if you do, use it!

By the way, if you follow me on facebook you know about my lil giveaway at the potato patties post. I am getting some great ideas! Keep em coming.

As far as life goes- the psycho ex has successfully been eliminated from my cyberspace- hooray. I still want to tell y’all the whole story about her- but my hubby thinks it’s bad energy for the site. (It’s HIS ex…) . I will stick with food and domestic life for now I suppose.
