rustic Italian breakfast tart

Ingredients

  • I package hot roll mix prepared to dough stage
  • 1/4 cup BLENDABELLA rustic tuscan flavor
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • divide dough in half
  • roll out and place in 9″ tart pan
  • In a bowl, beat eggs, half and half, tomatoes and cheese and BLENDABELLA
  • pour into crust and bake 30-35 minutes or until set.
