lemon truffles
Ingredients
- 2 cups good quality white chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- In a microwave at 50% power melt chips and cream stirring every 30 seconds until smooth
- Stir in the zest and the lemon juice
- Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Roll into ping pong size balls and then roll into powdered sugar.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
