lemon truffles

Ingredients
2
cups
good quality white chocolate
1/2
cup
heavy cream
1
tbs
fresh lemon juice
2
tsp
lemon zest
Instructions
In a microwave at 50% power melt chips and cream stirring every 30 seconds until smooth
Stir in the zest and the lemon juice
Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour
Roll into ping pong size balls and then roll into powdered sugar.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
