lemon truffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups good quality white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • In a microwave at 50% power melt chips and cream stirring every 30 seconds until smooth
  • Stir in the zest and the lemon juice
  • Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour
  • Roll into ping pong size balls and then roll into powdered sugar.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
