Lemon ginger curry chicken skewers

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts, cubed int 2″ size
  • 1 cup Stash Lemon Ginger Tea, brewed and separated in 1/2 cup portions
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
  • 1 tsp EACH salt/ pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the 1/2 cup tea, soy sauce and minced garlic . 
    Pour over raw chicken and allow to marinate at least 4 hours
    Skewer chicken and grill until done
    Meanwhile, mix the remaining 1/2 cup of tea, sour cream and spices in a bowl. Allow flavors to meld at least 1 hour.
     Serve alongside grilled chicken.
