Ingredients

  • 2 Cups corn masa flour *I used TORTI MASA
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • Combine corn flour and water.
  • Knead well to form a soft, smooth dough.
  • Divide into 19 equal portions
  • Either roll out by hand or press using a tortilla press
  • Cook in a skillet or griddle on medium high heat for 30 seconds each side, turning three times during cooking
  • Serve warm
