homemade tortillas
Ingredients
- 2 Cups corn masa flour *I used TORTI MASA
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Combine corn flour and water.
- Knead well to form a soft, smooth dough.
- Divide into 19 equal portions
- Either roll out by hand or press using a tortilla press
- Cook in a skillet or griddle on medium high heat for 30 seconds each side, turning three times during cooking
- Serve warm
