I figured I’d share a little cocktail with y’all since its Friday. It’s a tropical girls cocktail , the kind you’d order poolside and not worry about being  too tipsy after drinking it. I’m not saying go drive around or anything,  I’m just saying its a mild drink and it doesn’t sneak up on you like a Mai Tai. Mia Tais are good… But if I drink one of those I’m chatting. (For the next four hours.) I’m one of those friendly  drinkers. I’ll make friends with just about anyone and talk just about anything…
I got this recipe from Siri. Â actually she directed me where to find it. Â Sometimes she is so awesome. Other times, I think she needs hearing aids.
But, she understood my request for a blue Hawaiian recipe. And she sent me to this cool little ap/site that gave me a recipe for a blue Hawaiian, and I was all set. Then I came home  and started to make one, but my daughter wanted to make a pretty drink, too- with an umbrella of course. I never really  understood the whole umbrella thing until I had a doing outside. They totally keep bugs out of your drink. See?! There is a purpose behind them!!! Who knew?
So, my daughter wanted a drink. And she wanted a photo shoot with it.
I’m sure you know I didn’t give her a blue Hawaiian. Â She had cherry water. And an umbrella.
She picked this spot for our photo shoot…
