#summerdessertweek frozen fruit cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 cans full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit chopped
- 2-4 tbs sweetener of choice agave, date sugar, coconut sugar, etc
Instructions
- Mix coconut milk and sweetener, and stir in the fruit.
- Ladle into paper or foil lined baking cups/muffin tin
- Freexe until firm
