coconut thai & shrimp street snacks
Ingredients
- 1 of hot roll mix make whole package of dough according to box directions, you will have some leftover dough for other recipes
- 12 cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup diced cooked potatoes
- 3 tablespoons sweet peas
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 cup coconut thai BLENDABELLA
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes, peas, curry powder and BLENDABELLA
- Roll out dough and cut into 6″ circles
- spread mixture onto dough and line shrimp on top
- fold up dough and place on a baking sheet
- brush with a beaten egg, and bake 20 minutes, or until golden
