Unusual candy….

I was in the Latin market today and picked up a few treats to share with y’all

these are just too cute..

they are shaped like corn and covered with chili powder…..

really..

these- are yummy. No, really. Think sweet-salty-spicy. Perfect PMS food!

I just ate one.

these are tamarind spoons- tamarind is the pulp of a fruit that grows here. It tastes like a gooey sweet tart. Quite yummy….

These are little mini-cups of strawberry hazelnut “goo” that you eat with the little plastic spoon shown in the picture….very good indeed….
