#summerdessertweek cherry vanilla tart
Ingredients
- 1 pre baked tart or pie shell 9″
- 10 ounces black cherries pitted
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, sugar, vanillla and salt. Beat at low speed until combined
- Gently pour into prebaked pie shell, and arrange cherries throughout.
- Place in a preheated 350F oven and bake 30-35 minutes
