easy homemade hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can drained chick peas
  • 1/3 cup sesame tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except oil in a food processor
  • adjust oil to desired consistency
  • Salt to taste.
  • Garnish with additional oil and fresh parsley.
