easy homemade hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can drained chick peas
- 1/3 cup sesame tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except oil in a food processor
- adjust oil to desired consistency
- Salt to taste.
- Garnish with additional oil and fresh parsley.
