Using the tea as a flavor base for my dressing, made this simple salad stand out. The complex flavors behind the pomegranate and raspberry married perfectly with a light splash of vinegar and oil and creamy sour cream .
The slight sweetness off set the salty bacon and the crisp crostini was the perfect thing to accompany the delicate salad greens.

I added some hard boiled egg, so technically this salad could count as breakfast. hahaha!
