coconut thai & shrimp street snacks

Ingredients

  • 1 of hot roll mix make whole package of dough according to box directions, you will have some leftover dough for other recipes
  • 12 cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons sweet peas
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut thai BLENDABELLA

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • In a bowl, mix the potatoes, peas, curry powder and BLENDABELLA
  • Roll out dough and cut into 6″ circles
  • spread mixture onto dough and line shrimp on top
  • fold up dough and place on a baking sheet
  • brush with a beaten egg, and bake 20 minutes, or until golden
