peanut butter bon bons

ok, I know… I really should have posted about these BEFORE Easter. But, I made them ON Easter-egg shaped, of course. Now, it’s even EASIER! Why, you ask? No egg shapes! Just balls- yay!

This is also how I am going to use that chocolate condensed milk from the earlier post…. here , although the contest is closed- I will be offering some of the unique food items in my shop here at a later date. Or, maybe today. Y’all know- depends on my chores and nap time… today is an at-home-preschool day, so I may be busy. But… who knows?!

to make these- simply put the following into your trusty mixer

1/2 can sweetened condensed milk

1 to 1 and 1/2 lbs powdered sugar (start off by adding 1 lb)

1/2 stick melted butter

3 tbs peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

combine all together in the mixer- it should form a nice dough- feel free to add more or less peanut butter/powdered sugar at this point. this recipe was adapted from this one here … I was in a peanut buttery mood, so I improvised!

You may or may not have to chill your dough… (I didn’t)

Roll into balls and dip into melted chocolate. Allow to dry on parchment paper and enjoy.
