Ingredients
- 2-21/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbs butter
Instructions
- Im a microvave heat cream and butter until butter is melted
- Gradually add the butter and cream mixture to the powdered sugar until a dough is formed.
- *you may not need all of the cream mixture!*
- Divide into individual sections and tint as desired (1 drop for pastel colors)
- Roll out to 1/4″ thickness and spread with smooth peanut (or almond) butter
- Roll up into a log
- Slice into 1/3″ thick pinwheels
