Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped white chocolate
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp key lime juice
- 8 each pre baked triangle shaped cookies *see cut out cookie recipe
Instructions
- Gently heat the cream over medium heat until small bubbles appear around the edge of the pan, and pour over the chopped chocolate. Allow to sit 2-3 minutes and stir until smoothAdd the key lime juiceAllow to cool to spreading consistancy, and spread onto eace cookie sliceDecorate further with cookie icing and lime zest if desired.
