vegan breakfast burritos
Ingredients

oz
package extra firm tofu
drained
1/2
teaspoon
tumeric
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
green onion sliced
1
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
tortillas
cheese
vegan or "regular"
Instructions
In a greased non stick skillet, crumble the tofu and heat over medium heat.
Meanwhile, mix the seasonings in a small bowl and stir into tofu.
Remove from heat and drain any excess fluid.
Spoon into tortillas, fold up sides and roll.
Place seam side down in a greased casserole dish.
Top with cheese, if desired.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Top with salsa and or sour cream alternative, if desired.
