vanilla

water mixed with 1 tbs cornstarch

of salt
dash cinnamon
COBBLER TOPPING MIXTURE:
mix to make a crumbly mass:

pancake mix
1/2
cup
all pourpose flour

sugar

Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the blueberries, sugar, until most of the blueberries have popped and reduced
stir in the water and cornstarch mixture
Pour into induvidual ramekins and top with cobbler mixture.
Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden
