Southwestern Pot Pie
Ingredients

lb
ground beef
1
cup
Desert Pepper salsa
2
cups
prepared cornbread mix (unbaked)
1
cup
shredded cheese
Instructions
Brown and drain the ground beef, add salsa
Place into the bottom of individual ramekins or casserole (8x8) or (9x9) dish
Top with additional salsa if desired, or pinto beans
Top with shredded cheese (cheddar or cheddar blend)
Pour over prepared cornbread batter
Bake in a preheated 400 oven for 15 minutes for individual ramekins, or 25 minutes for casserole dish
