potato chip fish sticks
Ingredients

potato chips
crushed
1/2
cup
Panko bread crumbs

pound
firm white fish
Mahi, cod, tilapia, etc
4
TBS
oil
1/2
cup
flour
1
egg
beaten
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
In a bowl, combine the Panko and crushed potato chips
Slice fish into finger sized portions
Dredge in flour
Dip in egg
Dredge in potato chip/Panko mix
Cook in oil 4 minutes per side.
