peanut butter balls
a quick, vegan no bake dessert treat

Ingredients

cup
peanut butter
smooth
1
cup
pitted dates
1/2
teaspoon
salt
omit if using salted peanut butter
3
tablespoons
water
1/2
cup
rolled oats
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until a dough is formed, adding additional oats if needed.
Roll into balls.
Alternately, the dough may also be rolled into logs and sliced.
