Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

cooked quinoa

grape tomatoes
halved
1/2

cucumber
diced
1/2
red bell pepper diced
1/4
cup
feta cheese
crumbled

tbs
olive oil
pinch
of fresh black pepper
1
teapsoon oregano
juice of 1/4 lemon
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Notes
I added 1/4 cup sliced black olives
I used green bell pepper
