meatless smothered burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag meatless ground
  • 1 pkt taco sauce
  • 1 8 oz can Goya tomato sauce
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 4 tbs flour
  • 2 tbs hot sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 4 oz can of diced green chiles

Instructions

  • heat crumbles and taco seasoning according to packet directions
  • divide meat evenly into tortillas
  • roll tortillas an place them seam side down in 13 x 9 greased baking dish
  • meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour to make a paste
  • add tomato sauce and seasonings , and chiles
  • pour tomato mixture over tortillas
    cover with foil and bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes
    remove foil and top with cheese , return to oven until melted
