Ingredients

cooked salad shrimp

tablespoons
plain Greek yogurt
1
tablespoon
finely diced red bell pepper
1
teaspoon
finely diced green onion
juice from one Key lime
or 1/2 of a standard lime
fresh pepper
1/2
teaspoon
citrus zest
dash salt
1/2
teaspoon
dill
Instructions
In a small bowl combine the yougurt, lime juice, zest and dill.
Mix in shrimp
Arrange salad in a dish that has been lined with lettuce leaves.
Serve with fresh lime slices and fresh pepper
