homemade granola bars

Ingredients
3/4
cup
100% bran cereal
or rice cereal * (I used multi- grain O cereal)
1/2
cup
whole wheat flour
1/4
cup
vegetable oil
1/4
cup
unsweetened applesauce
1
tablespoon
raw honey
1/2
cup
packed brown sugar
1
egg
1/4
tsp
salt
3/4
cup
old fashioned rolled oats
not instant or quick
1/2
cup
sliced almonds
1/2
cup
raisins
2
Tbs
flax seeds or sesame seeds
Instructions
Grease a 9x13 pan
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, press into prepared pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
Slice into bars after cooling 10 minutes.
