homemade granola
Ingredients

rolled oats
I used Scottish

cup
flaked coconut
either sweetened or unsweetened
1/4
cup
brown sugar
1/3
cup
slivered almonds
3
teaspoons
vanilla
3
tablespoons
maple syrup
1
teaspoon
salt
2
tablespoons
oil
additional dried fruit
of your choice add ins: 1 1/2 cups
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl, combine everything EXCEPT the dried fruit
Place on a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
