easy shrimp scampi
Ingredients

lb
thawed peeled and deveined shrimp (medium or larger)
4
tbsp
butter
2
tbs
olive oil
1
tsp
fresh garlic, minced
2
tsp
all purpose seasoning (I use Badia)
1
tbs
fresh chopped herbs -can be singular or a mixture of parsley, dill, oregano, basil, chives)
1
tsp
cornstarch, disolved in 1 oz water
Instructions
melt butter with olive oil over medium heat
add garlic and sauté 1 minute
add shrimp and stir occasionally until shrimp are pink and firm
while mixer is simmering stir in the cornstarch and stir until sauce thickens
add seasoning to taste
Plate and add fresh herbs to garnish
