corn dog muffins

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 veggie dog turkey dog, or regular hot dog sliced into circles
- 3 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup creamed corn
- 3 tbs melted butter
- 5 tbs milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- grease 12 mini muffin tins
- In a bowl, prepare mix , adding sugar, creamed corn, egg, melted butter and milk in lieu of package directions.
- Spoon muffin tins 2/3 full
- add one slice of hot dog into each
- Bake 12-15 minutes
