Chocolate mousse cups

Ingredients

ounces
chocolate
chips or a grated bar

heavy whipping cream
divided
1/2
cup
powdered sugar

teaspoon
vanilla
dash salt
Instructions
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate in 1 cup of the cream over medium heat
Allow to cool slightly
In a stand mixer, beat the remaining whipping cream with the powdered sugar and salt until stiff peaks form
Gently fold the two mixtures together, and spoon into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip
Pipe into individual serving dishes.
Alternately, this can be spooned into a chocolate pie crust for a mouse pie
