- 1 unbaked pie crust for 9" pie
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 vanilla
- 1/4 salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 325
- Beat eggs, sugars, butter and vanilla
- Add the flour, salt and stir well.
- Stir in the chips and nuts
- Pour into pie crust and bake 50-55 minutes
- Allow to cool 20-25 minutes before slicing
- Serve warm or room temperature
