Ingredients
  • 1 pre baked tart or pie shell 9"
  • 10 black cherries (pitted)
  • 3/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 vanilla
  • 1/4 salt
  • 3 eggs
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, sugar, vanillla and salt. Beat at low speed until combined
  2. Gently pour into prebaked pie shell, and arrange cherries throughout.
  3. Place in a preheated 350F oven and bake 30-35 minutes
