Ingredients
  • 1 ground chicken
  • 1/2 ginger
  • 1 crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 garlic
  • 1 chives
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1/2 white pepper
  • 1 pkg wonton skins
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken and seasonings
  2. Place a small quarter sized ball of filling in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Dampen edges and seal
  4. Steam in an oiled bamboo steamer for 10`12 minutes,
  5. Serve with citrus tamari sauce or sriacha
