- 1 ground chicken
- 1/2 ginger
- 1 crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 garlic
- 1 chives
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 white pepper
- 1 pkg wonton skins
- In a bowl, combine the chicken and seasonings
- Place a small quarter sized ball of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Dampen edges and seal
- Steam in an oiled bamboo steamer for 10`12 minutes,
- Serve with citrus tamari sauce or sriacha
