Instructions

  1. Sterilize 6- half pint jars and lids
  2. In a large saucepan combine the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Cook over high heat and bring to a full boil 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Ladle into the sterilized jars, attach lids and process 15 minutes
